Homemade Salmon Balls for Good Friday! ~ 4th House on the Right

I’ve never made homemade salmon balls before, nor have I seen them sold in stores. I don’t even know if they are a “thing” but I decided to try it because I had a beautiful, super fresh, sushi grade salmon filet & I thought “why not… live a little!”

We eat seafood a lot around here and I’ve made so many types of fish in all kind of ways. Sometimes you want a fish dish that’s healthy but still fun, especially for weekend bites or a festive occasion. For Good Friday I decided that regular old fish & tots/fries just wasn’t festive enough and I chose to make homemade salmon balls instead.

There are other things on the menu but the salmon balls will be the star since it’s my first time making them. I am using a similar technique to my sneaky veggie meatballs 👉🏾    • Beef & Veggie Meatballs

Watch how easily these come together! If you love salmon you’ll love this recipe. Drop me a comment if you’ve made these or if you think you’ll try them.
