I LOVE salmon and have several ways to cook it that are just so yummy – from grilled to baked as a sheet pan meal to butter basted to sushi, it’s all good!
Butter basted has been my favorite method for cooking salmon until now.
I was so mesmerized by this video that I watched it 3 times just because. Then I made up my mind that I would try it myself so I watched it again and actually paid attention. Now here I am trying to cook like this French chef Eric Ripert.
